there is no training here you have to deal everything by yourself. Here there is no difference between labour and engineer. For every single thing you have to ask boss and when you go on site you have to stay with labour they all drink.

...hich company follows. No yearly holidays. there is no time of leaving from site. you will never get bonus and all.

...al.so if u r a outsider then they treat like we r a dog for him.. No over time . pay But if need then u hv to do overtime with out extra money or leave facilities.. Security is wrost..if u get a cut Mark in duty time they don't treat u but blaming is nessery..hahaha I fully disgusting to join this company...aa thu

I got to learn a lot in Pal company and the color behavior staff of the company was very call nature and nature and I got to see and learn a lot of new things in DPL company

There was nothing in the company that I didn't like. I liked everything and everyone very much and I really enjoyed working in this company.
