Working with freedom. Less interference and pressure.

Dislikes

No appraisal for good work but scolding and criticism even for minor faults. No human resource development initiative no chance to promote yourself; less diversity and variations in work. No entertainment ; refreshment; promotion and no recognition for hard work and no honour and respect for quality and skill. Only politics, monopoly,deprivation and self interest of whimsical authority prevails and dominates.
