overall good organisation to work- for job security, career growth and salary . excellent for senior management.

politics within in the organisation, performance is secondary. middle management is always ignored. senior management has unlimited power which they misuse.

work like you are in a government office and eating tobacco and pan masala is good for health here , even you can drink liquor outside the office and came back to work . topics like politics , racism , biasness, wealth of others , assets the people have are being good topics employees discuss here .

low salary , no fuel expenses, no work culture , no hr policies , fake brand value . in short (don't waste time in this organization ,should try other company )

Work pressure is average while working in head office Kanpur. Well it also depends upon the type of work one is doing.

Dislikes

...d more than priority i felt it as a compulsion of an employee to survive in Job. The salary of employees is less which seems quiet disappointing even though one is working in Head Office. The condition of office infrastructure is very average , no pest control. I suggest if the management allocate a part of revenue in renovating office structure which is time and now visited by foreign delegates and personalities.

It's people Organisation. If you work hard, its seen and appreciated. Less of Politics. You get the opportunity to meet your bosses and even CEO and CFO. Close interaction with colleagues, subordinates, seniors, super seniors. Best Organisation to work with.

nothing in specific. Just the compensation portion.

Not satisfied with my salary.....And hence I want to apply for my strong job security.other than that everything is good and fine.
