No job security, frequent changes which are random and do not consider employee's view at all Poor salary payout especially in Print No standardization across various entities Print is one who suffers the most

They do take care of there employees by taking review by hr team pays high salary and extra perks which fulfils the basic needs of the employees family

Politics politics and politics no support from Tls or Category Heads for there own team,some TLs gives mental harrasment to their team and blames them for not achieving the targets for saving there jobs.

That was give time for work and complete work in working hours. No force for complete work today but you fill that complete work than go home. Very familiar Atmosphere. Very kind natural of senior staff. Supportive HR team and staff also.

Dislikes

Due to centralization some work to transfer to head office than some staff remove form company or give them low salary hike than employees left job themself. So, that was job risk seen in this firm.

...senior Staffs. Not treat like a manager or a Team Leader. Treating like servent. Salary scale is poor. Not follow our own commitments. Senior Managers or leader taking money our executives and business Associates agecies.

Excellent pace of getting things done with almost zero errors. Met best of the sales people who just make things happen. Just a worry as no new young talent has been acquired in past years, so group is heavily relies on trusted people serving from 10 to 20 years. Best incentives in the industry. I have seen some of the best business leaders with passion and commitment, extremely talented and the best part is most of them have been mentors within the organization raised from executive level to heads of various segments. Outsiders find it difficult to deliver initially as they hardly exposed to pressure situations before. Top leadership is a true inspiration. Mr. Sudhir Agrawal, Mr. Girish Agrawal and Mr. Pawan Agrawal, President Mr. Harish Bhatia, Mr. Vareesh Tiwari, Mr. Ashutosh Mishra to mentioned in particular. True Bhaskarites are real learning Material and live examples for many youngsters. Thanks

... 10 years. And there is not better place outside to learn DB culture, values. New joiners are offered much better pay scale comparing to previous years but their managers are not good in nurturing them properly. Most youngsters collapse in middle way under pressure threats from non movable managers specially.
