We have to do extra work which are not related to our job profile .They will ask you to do extra work and you won’t get appreciated for the work you actually you hired for .not satisfied with the job and responsibilities.jd and your work is completely different

No growth opportunities. No onsite Low salary compared to market standards. Typical indian managers and cheap cost reduction methods. Managers get benz to enjoy and employees struggle in terms of work life balance, salary, promotion etc

Work culture is really good. I've rarely seen any micromanagement. Work-life balance is also great. Full freedom to work in your way. Departmental leaders show a lot of faith on the team.

Dislikes

Unclear career progression. You find it difficult to understand what you need to do to get promoted. Annual hikes are also moderate.
