Good workplace culture, work-life balance and continuous stride for innovation. Ofcourse culture and WLB is very specific to your team and there're a few teams not faring well in these.

Only 6 days WFH/month. Compensation and hike is pretty average. Office is really overcrowded, be it desks, elevators or canteen.

Dislikes

Work, politics, skill development, no promotions and no more holes, underpaid. No abroad opportunities, they cheated money which was promised in the offer letter. Their policies keep changing. Favouring few.

Free food. Flexible timing. Learning on grounds.

Dislikes

Over time never paid, they say hybrid model but we need to be in office and available most of the time round the clock. No long term onshore opportunity. Indian Daimler work like contractor. Less importance to employee comforts or less work from home. Mostly underpaid than market value of similar experience engineer.
