If i talk about 2 years ago ..Dailyhunt was the best company : 1- Good Salary 2- Good Hike 3- Good work life balance. but the current situation is very bad .

... cool. You can ask for work from home permanently too. Employees are supportive. Salary comes on time. They will provide every usual benefits like PF, Medical, Internet bills. When it comes to work im not much satisfied coz I didn't get much exposure, I didn't find any innovation, personal growth isn't there. Overall it's a good company, Branded, you will get WFH (best quality until Corona goes).

When it comes to work there's not much personal growth, you might feel lazy since work is very monotonous and there's no innovation. You might feel unheard sometime. Since I'm in community team so I can only tell you guys about this else is fine...you will branded company, all the benefits too. Good luck!!
