...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Daikin Japanese culture is very good, a lot of discipline is seen here and the special thing is that there is no discrimination between senior and junior here.

The salary is very less as per the work as compared to any other company.

Reimbursements process takes 45-50 days for settlement. Leaves are granted after lot of justification. Everyday update on whatsapp group where you are going ,when you are in office.

It's is very interesting to learn about the daikin air conditioning, it's contains so many department like, out door unit(odu), in door unit(idu), paint shop, MACHERINEY, injection moulding, in one company we can learn all about this..
