...ement is Trasparent. There is Small cafeteria and No gaming arcadesfor Chilling. Company policy are good but Appraisal are not good and they give normal salary hike and lowest amount of bonus.

Salary distribution policy is very poor. Decision taking situation is poor in management, Promotions policy is very worst. No feeling like MNC almost military rule applying here, No short leave.
