Work pressure is high but manpower is also capable.This Diwali festival bonus also given equal salary to all employees.Each employee work in team work.Work environment is good.

Compensation is decent but growth is low.There is no on-job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.Yearly increment growth is 12%to15% all employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

very cheap HR department and committed suicide for manager post, this company running by HR team and those knowledge wise casual, no human being, no professional and focus on just how to collect money from consultant during new hiring.

One of the terrible organisation after JBM,I've been to. Nothing to like.Japanese employer has definitely become LALA in this organisation,and leave about Indians.

Always pursue trouble, Dirty shop floor , Unhealthyness at Canteen food facility,No coherent at Quality lab, peoples still talk about Religions,and castes more than professional duty.
