Work pressure is high but manpower is also capable.This Diwali festival bonus also given equal salary to all employees.Each employee work in team work.Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is low.There is no on-job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.Yearly increment growth is 12%to15% all employees.

I am JE in production department.Rolling m/c and Autosorting inspection m/c can guide and operate.I maintain 5's.I give many times kaizen for best improvement .I fill all documents properly.I am working in team work.
