Only you can get the salary on time but working atmosphere and engineering of the company is too much poor.company don't have any engineering Life.there is no career growth in the company.

Dislikes

There's is no hr policy.non technical person is running out the company.the director has only interested in thialand and playing golf.even indian company is far better than the japanese company especially Daiichi kogyo India Pvt Ltd.

A few seniors are good in teaching new things,but the management is very bad. Also the GM feel no difference between engineer and labor. In the name of Japanese,it's far worse than even a LaLa company.

Very bad management,too much workload,timings are not fixed.sometimes u have to work 12-18 hrs straight,and even do things of labor class. totally lala company.
