GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Company group insurance policy is very useful. reimbursement or cash less treatment up to 5 lakhs is a very good amount, that helped a lot for the employ like me.

This review is completely about analytical services department at dcti. Top Management people r highly ambitious, which is making employees dissatisfied . Give timelines which r no way related to practicality. The higher management has only mouth, which gives timelines and orders. They have no ears to listen to practical problems. They dont give solution to problem, cant handle problems, weak people. Always blames employees (analyst) for any small problem or issue. Compels employees to work on holidays, making them get frustrated which surely effects quality of work. Extended working hours and working on holidays makes work life balance terrible. Have to take special permission from senior director level to avail leave on saturdays (which is a non working day as per company norms). The worst culture i have ever seen. About job security, discussion on this would be a piece of comedy. No way the job is secure. Nothing more to say about this. To my knowlege and work experience of 1 year in dcti, not even a single employee (in analytical services,dcti) feels happy working for daicel.

Dislikes

Manager and HOD's plays politics and favoritism. There is no work life balance. Being an MNC always compare with with small organization's in terms of subordinates work life balance. In one word people working at ground level need to beg literally for availing a 2week offs in a month or during festivals. They always forces to work on Saturday and Sundays including festivals also. If you want to survive you should be like like a slave, always a say yes to ur boss, eveng if they treat you in a cheap behaviour.
