HR people are not cooperative,even if u left company & call for any needy information about past they didn't pick up ur call..they even don't pick up their current employees call. They harass u after giving resignation...they apply their personal rule for company like u cant take sick leave after resignation or in notice period, if u take sick leave ur salary will get cut for that leave and it really happened.If u take up any work to HR, they directly talk rudely with u and tell Abhi muze bahut kaam hai thodi der baad aao..they always ignore u...Most of people have gone due to HR harassment. So much mistake done by Mumbai HR also like kisika UAN no. Galat dal diya to kisika PF balance hi Jama nahi hua...Mumbai HR admin also doesn't pick up ur call bcoz they are ladies so u cant disturb them..they don't even bother if u have any urgency..they ignore you.If u take any complaint about food of canteen like baigan me kida worm aya Sir...sir bolenge nikal k fake do aur khao...they even don't warn about such food to canteen people...at time of reliving u have to remove your shoes & submit it to Safety manager...& have a last walk with without shoes...LOL Bhai don't ask about increment ..increment is not given for 3 years to 4 years ... Notice period u must fulfill 3 months otherwise they don't give u relieving letter and experience letter. Ur Medical bill at time of joining not reimburse at time they take 6 months to give you reimbursement. Hardwork is more than logic work... Company doesn't have mediclaim policy for employees..so ..........be silent. If I was boss of this company I will fire all management people who misguide thier superior...but fortunately not. Thanks

One thing exprienced in this organisation is there is no scope for new young dynamic people & thier way of working as Managment still believes on old retired staff & they are apoointed as consultant who all commands every function of the organisation their ancient way of working & thats the reason company is not growing from last 60 yrs.

As corona point of view precautions are taking are sanitizating hand and thermal screen on gate. Positive thing is I got very nice teammates in my plant. All are helpfull to each other's.

No standard system of working in each & every department,every one is doing on its own As per career growth point of view I would say a terrible,it's nice to work for 1-2 years but not more than it.Financial point of view is very very poor.,no increment from last two years.
