Only one likes. They(TDS) deposited our salary on time. But they keep 18 days salary in their hand. Our current manager is trying to our job little bit easy, but management don't want.

Dislikes

1) They make and change policy after every month. 2) Too much zoom call/ training/ new policy describing 3) No chances for appraisal. They use to hire from outside instead of promote their own employees. 4) They try to make policy harder than last month. 5) After a good year end closing, no space for ground level employees entertainment. 6) Instead of products promotion, they are focusing on worth less activity in their app. 7) They keep our 18 days salary in their hand. Our salary count from 16th day from previous month to next month's 15th day and this salary reimburse on next month's 3rd or 4th day. 8) They reimburse our expenses after 3 month. Suppose you have submitted your whole January month's expenses on 31st, after 3 person approval, you will get the money on either end of the March or after 1 month later. Your all correct documents should be approved before 11th day of any month. 9) We(employee) never get any gift from company. But they send us marketing materials in our home to distribute these materials without giving any courier charges. 10) Never appreciate received from any top management employee.

Dahua company give the good knowledge , atmosphere ,product services and my branch manager and team leader give the best guidance and knowledge about sales and distribution and push me how to complete KPI achievement .

Overall Dahua company give the best knowledge atmosphere and services . Like salary part and incentive part are good ,But increament salary yearly wise not increment is dahua side Overall dahua company is good

Wide range of products to work on. Learning ia good. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

No Growth Salary Wise or Position Wise. Though you are designated as a Manager, on paper you are still a Solution Engineer. Even after appraisal you have to wait 6 months to get Appraisal letter. Huge mistrust between Chinese Management and Indian Employees.

Good Work life balance. Supports in case of family emergency.

Dislikes

No proper SOP defined for your (Procurement and Purchase)functions. What ever designation you work, you don't have any authority to take decision. No one share you the exact details of a requirement. They will simply say any product name and provide you blur image of a product and that's it. No PR or Indent No drawing, target rates, volume projections. On the other hand Chinese will ask you Indian market research about the product category only. You will end up submitting research reports through out the year. No actual procurement or purchase activities happen at this place. Main important thing is Your Job is not at all safe. No yearly increments.

It has off-role and on-role operation. People who are in on-role operations they donot has to worry about anything, but people who are in in the off-role position they has to worry about job security, salary and mny other things, don't get their promotion.
