...by individuals from different backgrounds who lack basic knowledge of autism. 2. low salary starting from 11k if there other background otherwise 18k 3. who belong to management is all family members, playing with a kid's life is their family business, even if they don't have proper qualifications, all they need is money 4. who work on their therapy center they treat them as salves, don't give respect at all 5. they wont grante leaves if the therapist is not well they still ask us to come and take the sessions 6. they won't allow parents inside because no sessions will go inside. 7. that old lady so called finance team who is Jyoshyna's mother.

... Biggest control freaks who give the most unnecessary tasks to keep us busy. 6. No payslips and salary was not credited on time. Forget experience letter also. 7. Not a single employee will come out of this place feeling satisfied as the main staff will make sure to ridicule you in front of everyone despite putting efforts. 8. Miss Jyothsna might have education but she is extremely terrible with her attitude. Extremely problematic when it comes to acknowledging her "staff". Absolutely would discourage anyone from joining this CDC as employee. 9. Most people walk out of interview feeling offended and shunned as the main staff is unbearably ridiculous. DO NOT JOIN, EVEN IF YOU DO YOU WILL WANT TO LEAVE IN LESS THAN A WEEK. 10. No training, whatsoever, you will feel like giving up on child psychology because of this experience

False advertising of the therapists educational background. The staff randomly add Dr titles to their employees and fool their clients. Extremely toxic work environment as reported by many of the ex employees. Staff is overworked, almost taking care of more than 6-7 kids per day. They were so unprofessional at the peak of covid. They only had 1 speech therapist that too dilshuk nagar branch yet they falsely introduce other interns/employees as speech therapists.
