... planning nd billing also another point of view engineering skills is very good. Salary get time to time but salary growth is too slow because JV of both of company but on site travel is completly based on site location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I dont know about the employee re-hire policy here.

All training and environment for work is provided by company time to time. Salary and appraisal not good.

...ure. The management is transparent. There is gaming arcade and gym for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only The best thinks if you are Hajipur & Patna if u want to work near to home, so work it outer wise no best thinks. Timely Payment like 28-5 of the next month.

Yearly salary increment only 5% , No Promotion, Sunday depend on your incharge . Also Some case L&T HO(Channai) vs JV ( Daewoo) . LT staff increment Promotion & JV have no promotion .

The working environment is good, seniors, subordinates and colleagues are cooperative. The post-office environment is good. The company provides accommodation.

Working hours are too long. 12-hour shifts are a killer. But support from management compensates for it.
