Casual atmosphere. First name basis interaction. No undue work pressure.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No proper direction about the goals & work policy. Hiring policy very erratic & first they hire, then lay off & again hire people for same positions. High expenses keeps funds position stressed out thus leaving no room for expansion, no infra structure upgradation. Didn't had any proper machines for furniture manufacturing & all work was manual thus making products very costly & non competitive thus eating the bottom line of the company which indirectly impacts on employee's growth as well.
