Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...s very generous. Rajagopal sir and Madhulika ma'am are always there to guide us. Basic salary is okay but incentives plan is very attractive. And if you work hard on time there is a great opportunity to be paid well here. Work environment is decent. Fortnight meetings helps you to get a track of work.
