Work environment is not good, no job security, no salary hikes, no work satisfaction because they will not give you the proper training but they will expect high accuracy, 6 days working so difficult to manage work life, no extra benefits are there, if you are going for maternity leave still after that they will not give you WFH, very strict environment people can't talk to other people, HR will not properly answer or support if u have any problem, frankly I would say if you belongs to Maharashtra and from there culture it is good but if your background is different they will treat you very differently. Partiality is there for our of state people. No proper structured hierarchy to manage the situation, no proper SLA I will not recommend to anybody.

...Even with 2 to 3 years of experience, they only offer 3LPA or 4LPA to employees. Even if you're a skilled developer, you won't receive a fair salary here. They also expect overtime work without proper compensation. Additionally, you're required to handle more than 4-5 projects simultaneously. Their salary standards don't align with industry norms. Office politics are prevalent, and there's a lack of communication and respect for employees. It seems like they don't want employees, but rather individuals who will serve without question.

Teammates are good, salary not more incredible,politics are always disturbing me, management system poor, they use offensive language to employees.they don't care about employees.

System dislike, management dislike, means if we are permanent then when he want to no need any employee, they said out from company.

Nothing at all. Terrible management and manager. I like about this company that they will share feedback of your performance after leaving the company😅🤣. They did in my case.

They don't have respect for emeployees. Treat you like labour. Advice for girls, think twice before joining this company.
