Work environment is not good, no job security, no salary hikes, no work satisfaction because they will not give you the proper training but they will expect high accuracy, 6 days working so difficult to manage work life, no extra benefits are there, if you are going for maternity leave still after that they will not give you WFH, very strict environment people can't talk to other people, HR will not properly answer or support if u have any problem, frankly I would say if you belongs to Maharashtra and from there culture it is good but if your background is different they will treat you very differently. Partiality is there for our of state people. No proper structured hierarchy to manage the situation, no proper SLA I will not recommend to anybody....Read More

Overall experience was average I was not seeing my future and growth in this company and with a lower pay scale I handled lot's of responsibilities and load but no appreciation and motivation I got from my seniors, I don't like there work cult

Worst Company. Don't give payments. Very bad management. All directors are not Worst. Not a single director is liable to be in the position on director. Dnt knw English. Dont follow commitments given to employees. Dont respect employee. In end of 2019 almost 95% employees resign from this company due to worst management. Dont join this worst company.
