Very worst company.no freedom in this company.dgm balamurugan and pm jeyakumar otha thevidaya pasanga always will shout at site engineer for small mistakes. They don't tell or find solutions those dogs know to shout like stray dogs. No work life balance,no skill development,worst company culture,no job security,no work satisfaction

HR policies The management Leave policy No leave monday policy Leads are too rude and they get credit for all work done by team members and fill their pockets alone. No employee friendly Need to extend you work timing but no credit for it No work life balance

Dislikes are many listed down * No offer letter was provided at the time of DOJ, I didn't even receive an offer till 50 days of work * Disrespectful behavior on the floor by the Presales head, least a basic human respect is not provided by them * Fraud company, even HR is not a good person (HR GM) *Salaries are holded by TL's, because of personal vengeance * No proper training and support are provided *No hierarchy is followed by the head of the department *Basic human needs not be fulfilled *No proper work environment *Mainly "THIS COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE CANTEEN FOR THE EMPLOYEES" * NO 1 Real estate ( but don't have a canteen for employees, security asks me to sit and eat on the steps) * So nothing to say , better make this as a worst rating and didn't join as a Presales caller , the respect is very low

Everything , the company itself a huge dislike , no proper management, not treating employees in a right manner , not giving salary properly , no respect for the employees . Less experienced people with personal support not enough knowledge peoples are in higher position, please don't even consider this company as a option. Salary and job is not guaranteed
