There is a tyrannical atmosphere from HR and management. Increments are not given on time. Rules and regulations are applied based on favoritism. Benefits are not given according to your position. In short, the reputation is greater than the reality.

...n promotion and sales dept of dawat- kolkata sites, recruited through an agency. But , they have cheated and not paid my salary, even they don't bother when they are asked for the pending salary. Horrible experience, being in such a big brand. Worst TL and manager. They don't even know how to behave with the employees. The agency is probably linked with the supervisors and they together do such frauds with the employees.

Behaviour of the TLs and other supervisors are very rude. Don't pay salary on time and cheat the employees.

...any reason. there is no job security.totaly worst experience for this job place. No bonus rule,no any EL CL, no increment.

Working in an organised environment with knowledgeable seniors to guide you.

It's not a corporate office but just a BIG rice mill. So you won't get a proper work buddy here but just senior citizens with limited scope to open with anyone.
