There is nothing which I like about Da Milano. It has a worst work culture I am getting a salary to run my family that's the reason I am working here. And the salary comes on time. That's what is Like about Da Milano

...lano has a worst work culture. There is keep to transfer to new store every day. No Appraisal, no salary hike. Lot of politics in store. GURJEET KAUR a 12 passed lady who is cluster manager is a disaster for the brand. You will only get promoted in da Milano when you are a handsome boy or if you are Punjabi. It's impossible for you to survive in Da Milano if you love to work professionally

They have worst employee policy they don't care about you. I will never suggest anyone to go there you will only get your in hand salary and your working hours are gonna be longer unexpectedly you will never gonna get week off timely.

It is one of the worst brands with racist management.They give fake promises to the staff regarding the salary during the interview and joining time. They uses the staff like they don't care not giving proper week offs.

Da Milano company they had helped us in lockdown thy are paying a salary time to time in lockdown.. da Milano company is very good I want to work with the da Milano again I am waiting when it will be open in Goa airport

Very manipulative company or management. They don't have any kind of facilities for employees,only they have a name. Nothing much

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 6 months probation period. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No extra activities,no impressive insensitive plans,no job satisfaction,no work no pay policy,no casual leave facilities,no holiday payout.
