Salary is not on time. Variable is not on time. Company dose micromanagement including HRs. PM, APM are not worth to be an PM or AMP since they are not certified in Scrum or Agile they don't know how to manage projects. All PM APM are old employees they started their career with the company and got promoted to APM in 15 to 18 years. They are not aware of SDLC. For Project Delivery BAs are responsible, project managers are not aware of the status and what to do but end of the day management blames to BAs for delays. Old employees works as this company is their ancestors because whatever they say about new employees HR and Management will belive it blindly. No questions will be asked. Yearly hike is 3 to 5 percent. And Worst process for the same. They will take 3 to 5 months to give 3 to 5 percent hike. Don't join that's what I recommend since I am a part of the company last 6 months.

Nothing because they not paying salary since last 4 months to all employees,they told client is not clear the invoice.instead of that they hire new employee and also they r not paying to them also.

Pathetic management , dirty politics,hr are worse

The colleagues are very supportive and very helpful compare to other companies but the management was not as much i expected

The salary date and the management was worst and when ever the work is some what late the management will freeze the salary and aslo many happened in the company when coming to management

Will improve your basic skill set, but work would be monotonous after one or two months. Nothing to learn if not a fresher.

Everything from management, work life balance, culture, compensation, leave policies to higher management. Its a scam, stay away if you have better offer.

Culture - 1. Severe lack of professionalism 2. No work life balance, Period. You will work and go home to sleep 3. CEO and PMs scold their own employees in front of clients and use them as scapegoats to hide deeper organisational issues 4. PMs lack understanding of the product and manage projects like cattle. They will simply ask you to get things done with understanding the feasibility or complexity of tasks 5. Not safe for women, several female employees have lodged complaints against PM for passing sexu@l remarks, suggesting inappropriate things Remuneration- 1. Appraisals are provided only to employees who are willing to sign a bond of 1 year otherwise no appraisals 2. Salaries are consistently delayed by 15-20 days every month and sometimes 3 months at a stretch , no kidding- check with the employees working there Management- 1. Incompetent and delusional 2. Has failed to establish SOPs and processes 3. Company has severe corporate governance issues
