It was my first job as a lecturer and I learned a lot from this job. I am totally satisfied with my working nd D. Y. Patil technical campus is great and safe place for women’s worker. My Teammates are so supportive. Company Policies are Good. It was Good work environment and work Culture.

Nothing except the infra and its premises

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There were no increments in this 3 years as they told that you would be incremented annually. We dont even get the remuneration amount for exam duties we do every 6 months, the amount of exam duties is given by the University itself. The college is now a private university so the basic fees is around 1.40 lakhs & before in SPPU it was 80-85k. Inspite of earning this much of profit the management told us to stay at home untill the college doesn't starts like it was before the lockdown & now when I'm applying in other companies, this management is not even providing with my salary slips, appointment letter, experience letter and whats so ever the documentations. I'm really very sick with this kind of behaviour of college. Due to some morons the college is gonna suffer heavy loss.
