Dislikes

No appraisal or salary increment for years, even for employees working since a decade. Weak HR policies that do not support employees. No timely salary credited. There is no opportunity for growth as the politics is rampant by people who do not have designation & impose their interference in daily operations in an unprofessional & rude manner. Stagnant positions & no vertical growth for any employee.

I would rate Job security excellent since the organisation does not believe in termination. However, due to which few small percentage of non-performing colleagues take undue advantage.

...es. Employees working for more than 15 yrs also dont get any medical benefits. Salary is not credited on any fixed date.

Good work environment n culture ....salary poor n staff security poor...... No any bolus in every yr

Salary not Good... No any food service... No any Medical facility no any bolus in every yr no any increments in every yr..... Very hard work in dyph... patient n staff ratio not maintain 1 staff n 60 to 70 pts.... 25 patient's in icu and staff 2 to 3

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address are issues salary is not enough for career growth.

It was a terrible experience to work in this pathetic hospital. No growth no learning 0% professionalism. No time to time payment. Overall I would rate this in negative on the scale of 1 to 5.

Dislikes

I can't name 1 thing that I liked here. I was hired for 12k in hand as a freshman in IT department but was given 8k as they wanted to evaluate me for 2 months and thereafter they said they would increase the salary as discussed. But I worked 6 months with the same salary scale of 8k gross. Apart from my job description I had to do others work as well. And one fine day I had it and quitted.
