Too much work too much knowledge u gain to work there there is no bondation of department one department person easily work on some other department

Dislikes

Even on weakly off they always want to come and work. If u work very well give 24*7 active towards work but management is so poor not appreciate your valuable work even if u increase production twice as past with a good quality in time of increment u don't have increment not like industrial culture
