Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

In the firm DN enteprises i was like some kind of work activities as my favorite sales and purchase marketing. and almost all the things and activities were good in working.

Dislikes

Nothing is dislike in DN Enterprises because its working process was very good but dislike is one thing 1. staff behavior was not god for new comers.
