Since started association with Ductofab , remember a day of my interview to till date journey with completing alsmost 7 plus years was awesome. From Top Management , Sr. Managers and Associates manager are very supportive and always shown positive attitude towards any challenges come across. Best thing is that each and every member of Ductofab team are always available to support each other to achieved comon goal .....that is Growth.

As Regional Sales Head , we always look forward to have back up support systems which enable us to move fast as much as possible against compititor. Since last few years have been improved but expect more Innovative ways support in future.

Work Culture is good... The vision of the Company is to give Quality Products and faster Service at affordable rates...

Not a good company for job security College not supporting they try each and everything to layoff because they all have issue of job security Sales Head Mr.Pankaj is very disrespectful person.
