Take home salary is very less. CTC is only on paper 60% of CTC is PLR and retention, paid after 1 year and after August every year. If serving notice period, it is not counted as service and PLR and Retention is not paid. Very unfair. Only Top Management is enjoying all the benefits and nothing is passed on to Middle and Junior level. Only timely salary and good canteen and accommodation at site is well taken care. No work life balance people are forced to work beyond 12 hours and CEO is arrogant and uses filthy language in meetings. Looks L&T is becoming bad after AM Naik is out of routine management.
