The partnership firm has opened to serve individual, companies and corporate house to record their account properly, internal or tax audit, company audit and maintaining direct and indirect taxes. In this office work pressure is enormous and teammates are also quite good. It is very challenging work, because you have to finish your work carefully within your time limit. So it is very exiting.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. In this firm there is no exposure. There are no facilities provided except medical insurance.

It's a great place for beginners to kickstart their journey as a fresher in the field of accounting, auditing and taxation as the team members of this organisation are so helpful and supportive so that work can be done in effective and efficient manner.

Dislikes

No major dislikes because every organisation had their own advantage and disadvantage if you can able to negotiate with this then you will be the game changer in that.

Likes

This is a mid size CA firm with abundance of work. Any person with an eagerness to learn can find ample oppurtunity to learn and grow. The working environment is good, safe and lively. Some of the senior employees and partners are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Dislikes

Distribution of work, work management needs improvement. Also long office hours are an issue here.
