1.Poor Management. 2.Unclean atmosphere 3. Long duty hours 4.Low Salary 5. No idea of management how to recruit deserved candidate. 6.No HR policy even no such department exists. 7.They judge a senior accountant's ability to make them type in excel!!! Even no question about vlookup, pivot table, etc (how idiot) 8. It's a typically small company managed by a Bengali owner who only knows how to recruit labour class employees but no idea about Senior accountants job and what to expect them. Actually his Requirement is junior accountant with low salary.
