New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. 1. Too much micro management from senior level ignoring your manager itself 2. Bad work life balance on working on weekends and long hrs to solve customer issues at unwanted times. 3. They priortise customer for renewals and only focus on that customer till renewal. Bad on choosing priority and when client escalates its back to square one.
