My career for Clinical research started from Cytespace Research Private Ltd. and therefore I owe a much respect towards company and Thank my Managers and coowerks for trusting me and giving me an opportunity to make personal and company's growth. Apart from this, Working with Cytespace I experienced good work culture and developed communication skills for the projects I worked on. As a fresher to start up the career; Cytespace would be a Good platform for gaining knowledge and overall growth.

Dislikes

There is no salary growth in Cytespace. The company make much deductions in name of Tax on salary. There are no transport benefits. Company neither provides own system to carry official study duties. The company at management level lacks coordination & don't address Employee's call or Email as important.

Likes

Professional and supportive teammates. Training on overall aspects of Clinical Research. Space to grow and learn. Also opportunity to identify your talent and act with full dedication which will be beneficial to you and the organization. Appreciation on the good work. Comfortable environment.

Great work environment to learn and grow, but Low pay scale.

There is a lot of scope for learning and skill development which keeps you updated with knowledge in this field. The best part is colleagues and teammates are all virtually connected though not in the same city or region.

Dislikes

Compensation as compared to work is decent. Work pressure is relatively high. Since my work is onsite (away from the office) nobody actually notices your hard work directly and hence it does not hold much value. A single employee has to work for different projects without letting the client company know that you work for different clients.

It's just a start up and not in the right hands or leaders to govern, more over cytespace is now sold out, no job security

It can be a good place if more opportunities are provided and good compensation is also provided.
