There is no one to Guide what needs to be taken care off.. everone during interview tells you that they are there to help you or guide you when you have some questions regarding process or any work related things. but, when you reach out to someone superior having more than 2years exprnce with the organization and process. they will respond in a way that you cant even imagine. Worst HR people you queries will be never answered, they wont even issue Id Cards even after 6months you joined. Suddenly one day they will call you and say that they are removing you because of no work or excess team size. If they know that the team size is high then why to do hiring? Do think twice before joining. as being seniors they dont even know how to do what to do then how will we expect to finish off the things before deadline. Even after holding handfull of experience you will be treated like fresher and will criticized if you reach out for some questions regarding work. we reach out just to make sure the things wont go in wrong directions that doesnt mean we joined without knowing anything. Process is different for organisation to organisation, make sure you were provided with righ inputs about the work and make sure twice before hiring someone that you will provide support and proper training reg procedure to the employee.

it was worst, simply i wasted my money (3L) to join cliplab for training they told 100% placement Still i don't have job. simply i trusted cytel.

it was worst, simply i wasted my money 3L to join course in cliplab at that time they gave a hope 100% we will arrange a placement, they cheated me. now that money will use for the backdoor atlest.
