Lots of things Internal politics in customer care dept Hod of the dept is worst Partiality between malyali and other language staff Too much of work load on a single staff Harassments The harassment head will not take ur complaint seriously Beware of the perverts in the hospital

They pay even before time which is impossible to find nowadays. The friendly nature of the cytecare staff put together is why it feels like home. The HR team makes everyone relaxed and yet makes sure the job is done. Infrastructure is top class in regards to the rooms,laboratories and operation theater. The OT staff are the best you can get .

Dislikes

Senior Security staff are very disrespectful, it is good to do your job but the same can be done professionally and politely as people that come into the hospital aren't convicts . Certain minor things like keeping things arranged in the wards on the dressing table should be looked into. At the time I was working, nursing staff were overburdened and few in number . Cytecare needs more nurses with even more experience. Food should be improved a lot , cafes should be more loaded with delicious snacks. A good food court should be arranged for such a high class setup. Nothing is presentable. You can't continue to keep the cafeteria on a general ward with such boring ambiance. Parking for doctors should be provided.

Initially when I joined i had zero knowledge about cancer. I had gained lot of knowledge learnt many things learnt how to interact with patient's, truly connected with there emotions. Everyone where very co operative, especially with doctors and my managers. Very thank full to cytecare hospital for providing such a opportunity. Due to lack of support I left my job. Still I feel I'm working with cytecare. If any opportunity definitely would like to join back in future.

I had completed 6 yrs at cytecare. Yes I had a hope i would get better posting. Since I was working for same position for long time. That was only dislike I had.

Pharmacy lay out is very poor.but pharmacist are pressurised with less man power and output on time.nurses coordination is to poor .we worked under poor manager completely nil knowledge and ownership.

Recognitions are very slow,
