Office politics, work environment, phone submission, minimum work hours 11-12 hrs, no career growth, no increment, *when they review for hike they fire people without proper reason

Companies environment and culutre is very good with good opportunities for skill development and new learning skills. safety and security for individuals is very good. Working hours are flexible with little pressure depending on project.
