It's been 3 years since i started working as a developer at Cyntexa, The work enviornment, the way off working, the people who work here, all are very good. Everyone helps each other, and we all work like a family. furthermore, the leadership team at Cyntexa is supportive, they are always available to provide guidance to me. I am grateful for the opportunities i've been given. Here, along with the growth in knowledge, my leadership skills have also grown, earlier i used to manage only my tasks, but now i am managing the team.

there is always some pros and cons in every company, no one is perfect, it's upto you that how you preced with that.

Only Learning phase is good inside cyntexa

It doesn't provide any experience letter and relieving letter for 70-80% of the employee of company.It also makes employees career to the negative side because give the negative reviews inside the termination letter.maximum employees phasing the same issue ,even the employee also have 1.75 yr experience except the training.

One aspect of the organization that sets it apart is its dedication to diversity and inclusion. I like the leadership team's effort to seek out applicants from varied backgrounds and strive for an inclusive work environment. Although the company does well in several areas, I think the strongest suit are transparency and communication which makes it easier for us to be more vocal and involved. The company also caters to our needs with its flexible work culture that fosters work-life balance. I have great expectations in terms of growth, exposure, and a fun-filled work environment at Cyntexa.

I have yet to find that out as I started working here recently. However, from this short experience i do not think there will be any negative experiences.
