Worst companay ever. If you know how to entertain managers then you are perfect fit fot the company .If you are dedicated to your work or if you want to learn and grow in your career then don't ever join this company .Salesforce team is worst in the organization or its manager nitin dangwal is worst manager he is behind every girl especially shrishti dhyani .she has all the rights to say negative and disrespect every colleague in the team.she is nothing but a shit in that organization. And even if you complain about her so called manager Nitin dangwal will defend her.

I believe, Every organization has its positive and negative aspects. Cynoteck has multiple positive aspects and from my point of view only one negative aspect is there that we are not bold in our decision making. We should give answers to others' queries or concerns asap, we should take the actions on other's suggestion, we should provide a true feedback for employee's work and behaviour.

Likes

The work-life balance, company culture, culture with other employees whether senior or junior, everything is perfect. And there's lot to learn. This company provides opportunities to the new learners/ freshers and other trainies. The opportunities are great and there's lot to learn as well.
