There is nothing to like about cynet. I had the most worst experience with it

...ies after ages, and that too only when the company owner is copied in the email. During my full and final (FnF) settlement process, they deducted half of my salary on the false accusation of laptop damage, even though the laptop was working fine.

Policies and everything is in hand of managers. Everyone is involved in back and biting and managers try to sabotage recruiters careers. Managers make you work extra hours ans insensitive and if you complain about them, you can say goodbye to company and pay.

Worst company for a experienced as well as for a fresher you can only hope fpr growth after giving your 3 or more years, policies changes everyday here plus th3 incentives are not given to employees as they are delayed by 3 or months and ultimately employee has to leave his hard earned incentives in the company's kitty also the work is stressful that can make your life miserable better to work in any other field us staffing is not in trend now

HR Hina is just so stupid. She does not consider her employees problems or anything. She wears inappropriate clothes and tells the employee not wear such clothes. She is a No brains HR.

This is the worst company trust me. It has terrible work culture every person from top management to lower management is indulged in office politics and if you don't get along with them then you will be fired without any notice. And if you try to leave the company by urself then they start putting flase allegations and threaten you to take u to court. Worst management
