Favouritism is shown by employers, doesn't matter how hard working and talented you are, you may not get noticed. Work-life balance isn't the best quality company has, there are times you have to work even on Sunday.

At Cynectix design and engineering services I learn more about my professional career and also learn details in my profession and it helped me to grow in skill and knowledge factor.

The dislike is only is as a start-up company they don't have enough fund to manage hr management and also don't have any facilities at their place and less workspace available and they less appreciate their employees and try to ruled their employees by different types of management fanda.
