Work from home in general, good people to work with.

Dislikes

No growth, no work life balance, highly stressful, no support system, no appraisals, bad compensation plan for variable, focus on increasing profit by exploiting employee compensations, unrealistic goals.

Likes

Top level management is good but middle level is terrible. They just get stagnated, neither they update themselves nor they allow juniors to do so. Huge cafeteria, good ground to relax a bit are the positives.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities instead of performing well and certifications. Well known for its poor compensation structure. Insensible HR practices creates disputes among the associates

On time salary_ I know great companies pay on time. But this is the only great thing I can write about.

Dislikes

A very insensitive Hr culture. Below average hr workforce, seemingly unqualified and pathetic. As an employee, you can never get a listening ear.There were instances where most of us doubted the sanity of the Hr managers, senior managers and higher ups. These people have been there for decades. Probably they cannot go anywhere else; they will remain unemplyed if they leave Cyient.And I have tried to be as objective as possible in my comments. In advanced countries such people can be easily arrested and prosecuted for harassment but in India they roam scott free and earn their monthly salaries. Shame.

The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

Dislikes

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

Nothing tha comes to mind.

Dislikes

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.
