The only thing I like, they have multiple Projects with different Service Lines (Manufacturing, Design, Health care, Civil, Mechanical, Mining, ETC )

...or long term, because Less salary than other companies,and really low appraisal. There no benefit, no bonus, no diwali gift, and many more thing

The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

Low salary as compared to market standards. No real learning as most of the projects are proof of concept. Unplanned hiring. No availability of projects. Less hike. They don't give hike to freshers.

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

No promotion No professionalism Pathetic salary deduction in the name of medical and LIC. Worst pay policy Worst leave policy They buy employees from different different small companies and make feel them slave. Management is don’t even care about you. No increments even if you beg for it with good performance.
