Job Security is good as they move Employees to bench for significant amount of time if their project is over or company loses that project. WFH allowed for short intervals if you need to be in your hometown.

...on by the L1 and L2 Managers. So internal career Opportunities become limited. Salary and benefits growth very limited for telecom sector. On Site Opportunities only given after you have worked in the company usually for over 4 years.

Cyient is a very good workplace for freshers but not for experienced.The company has very good work culture and environment.

It pays very low salary for associates even though it has profits and cuts down again in that low pay also. You will regret if you join cyient.

Overall good , starting less salary no one can expect that salary in MNC' s company ,more than time spending for work and on weekends also

One thing for sure, your job is very much secure. However, you will pay very very less even you work hard.

... there is so much poltics involved how much you work you won't get an increment. Managers and team leads force us to work in weekend noo extra time payoffs etc.... List never ends.

It will.be a experience for core engineer to feel how IT culture will be is while working in cyient.

...any, there will be a big language issue untill unless you know hindi and telugu. Increment is 6% of your salary. And if there is no job available they will put you in pool, and you will be idle and they will ask us to learn any software to survive there. Work culture is good. But here guiding is very difficult, all the work you do will be charged on hourly basis. Skill development isn't possible. Everything will be operated in teams for everything.
