Low salary as compared to market standards. No real learning as most of the projects are proof of concept. Unplanned hiring. No availability of projects. Less hike. They don't give hike to freshers.

- My working experience was good because I got super chill and knowledgeable manager. - Everyone is respectful towards each other - if in data science team, opportunity to learn cloud and other technology -job security is there - can work in aerospace, GIS related domain

Salary structure is not good. Pay is not competitive.

As service based company, you will get chance to work with multi domain and different clients. I am not able to give any insight about work culture at Cyient as I worked in client office. Managers are pretty chilled as long as there is billing and good feedback from client. Health insurance is good, it has option to add parents and inlaws as dependent for medical coverage by paying additional premium, which is good in my opinion.

...cation from Cyient except timesheet filling and leaves are taken in every month. No much career growth and compensation correction every year.

The company has many good aspects in working, explore the knowledge other experience person it's realy good sharing with related to work

I have some bad aspects are work pressure, extra working hours but they don't pay what we work extra, and the salary has no increment for the experience person has many years we work in constant salary for many years,

Cyient is a great platform for anyone especially the new starters. Cyient has wide range of Oppertunities within company so your job security is high. Cyient is excellent proven professional company when it comes to diversity. Gender discrimination is highly intolerable. Women who want to grow while handling home, THE BEST COMPANY ever which always be proud of mom's coming back and joining them. The motivation my company gave me lead to the position where I am today. I am a proud CYIENTIST.

PAY. The only issue. Talent is encouraged but not been rewarded in pay. Also nothing comes for FREE in cyient. No free food, no tea machines, not even and child care within company premises.
