Some project managers and project leaders shows some partiality on promotions and other incentives,and some people dont have full knowledge of their projects,and their dont have perfect planning,and always doing 12 hours but as per company rules they have only 8.5hours only. if extra working hours continues their provide incentives but it will not implement properly.....

...uld complete the work on Saturdays too. They don't approve leaves if you needed. Based on the work the salary is very low, they will give you only 11k to 14k and it will not increase till one year. Work pressure will be more. The security gaurds will not be polite to the employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

...to work if you are working hard than company not pay according your hard work. i am working in this company around 2 year and company not increase a single rupee in my salary. and without gave any reason company fired around 40 employees and Cyient not follows any government rules. after fired HR and Manager not pick your call .

this is the worst i have ever seen in my life . To do work in this company , are you spoiled your career please do not go with this company.

There is so much politics and the management doesn’t solve our problems. Salary is low and career growth also slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. 2 years same project.
