The management doesnt have any clue about what to do with the resources. They hire for projects when it is needed and will give you the maximum salary but when the project is finished they will take no time to fire you. The projects they get are mostly short-term. No long term plan with the employees( Mostly 1 year and some cases less than that). Terrible job security and work-life balance.

Everybody know that you are paid less and nobody wants to listen to you. Everybody is paid less but displays huge profits every year.

Nothing is likely in Cyient, nothing works as per standard in Cyient. Worst company please never join if you are not offered good salary.

No promotion No professionalism Pathetic salary deduction in the name of medical and LIC. Worst pay policy Worst leave policy They buy employees from different different small companies and make feel them slave. Management is don’t even care about you. No increments even if you beg for it with good performance.

1. Out of 2 LPA they 1.74 LPA is in hand salary, remaining is performance linked allowance which you will not get even if you gave extraordinary performance 2. Rude team lead ( some )

The campus environment is pleasant except that nothing is pleasant. There is no proper pay and managers don't even know how to manage. Cyient is not supporting sangpung in this outbreak of corina viruses. The budget thing it feels to have done oud implementing WFH
