There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is very less but career growth is slow.

We are always audited as per define to us. For regular audit we find the any type of missing and misplaced shipment, we also work the FLMS audit, for this work we ensure the quality of FLMS and corrections as well, i ensure all the documents need to be clear at our end.We are 100% primary Sorting done and human Error and any reflecting befor FLMS during secondary sorting, also stacking are done us for norms and maximum Pailetaizion is prepared for all liquidize shipment us for SOP.Mostly we have stand on 98 to 99 % in FLMS compliance and maintain 97% plus FLMS compliance on daily basis.As per shipment quality (solid/ liquid/volumetric) and stacking norm SOP of the shipments, the best utilization is done under the vehicle.As per shipment quality (solid/ liquid/volumetric) and stacking norm SOP of the shipments, the best utilization is done under the vehicle.

Thing is, within the organisation few dept HOD's making there own communities, in every organisation it's there but in DLM it's worst especially Eng dpt. This need to be stop

Off late too.many politics specially HR who are encouraging some emoyees to complain on certain employees whom they don't like. Change in leadership.clearly visible on the culture and not fixing major issues like sourcing ,scm and cash flow issues leading to customer escalations.
