They do not have active clients work on 19-25$ roles, and they do not give appraisal, i was top performer in my team, but they didn’t give appraisal to anybody not even me.

They do not follow the HR policies at all and take the inappropriate actions on the non working day without having the prior coordination with the employee.

The management is not at all transparent with their employees

Everything. HR team don’t know how to behave. They talk ill about everyone. People from HR don’t know what is harassment because they are the one who harass their employees verbally, mentally, and emotionally.

Likes

Had a great hardworking team reporting to me. Continous career growth and great appraisals for performers. Tenurity combined with performance will definitely get work life balance. Human Resource is fun and prioritize more on employee engagement activities.

I was doing a night shift else I would not have left. Nothing really negative.
